Although this could be a Cheap Shop Brilliant Lessons Posts– I think this deserve to have its own post- as it can be used so simply with any class/age/subject!
  • The Beach Ball
What to do:

Throw the ball who ever catches it has to make a relevant contribution to the activity.

Variations:

Possibilities are endless- e.g;


·         Science  – List the parts of the cell, next person names the function


·         MFL – Call out a word in Spanish the next person to catches the ball translates and then calls out another word in Spanish before throwing the ball


·         English/history – Summarise the plot of a play/events in history, each person who catches the ball announces the next sequence in events
